Regarding Echo Time Units

Hello!

I've been using ROMEO for fieldmap processing for a research project.

I use the command line tool and recently I've been using SEPIA and when I tried to compare the output of the FM using ROMEO vs the output from SEPIA. I realized that the command SEPIA runs to call ROMEO multiplies the echo times by 1000, possible assuming that the echo times from the header are in miliseconds? I would like to confirm if ROMEO expects the echo times in seconds or in milliseconds.

I will also reach out to the SEPIA developer team in case I am using a wrong Echo Time unit in the header.

Hi Sebastian,
Thanks for the question!

ROMEO expects milliseconds for B0 calculation.
For plain unwrapping the units don't matter, only the relation between echoes.
