Pop up should appear by hovering the cursor

I want Pop up should appear by hovering the cursor, and should fade away as soon as the cursor goes away, as of now, when a user clicks it appears

Hi, I have completed the changes for this issue.

• Popup now appears on hover instead of click.
• Added smooth fade-in/fade-out effect.
• Removed click-based toggle from JavaScript.
