Build error #3

Amazing project mate, exactly what I was looking for.
I've been trying to build this with support for SQLCipher 4.5.6 without luck.
So far I've tried to build with latest php support, but was not successful. Then I've tried building with the same php you've used 7.11, again I wasn't able to build.
Everything went ok up to the end: nmake php_pdo_sqlcipher.dll
It throws a cipher.c (and other .c errors) with a: nothing to build. I did everything by the letter, even installing the proper VS to match the php/openssl version I've choose.
Can you update this project to newer versioning of SQLCipher and PHP or offer binaries for the newer cipher?
