rssc removes <content> for YouTube

This is similar to #2 but for the YouTube feeds.

This issue is related to https://github.com/gorilla/feeds which is used as the final parser (rssc reads -> parse -> filters -> and then parse them again in the requested format (json, rss, atom). YouTube feeds items use extensions which is not being included in the final parser (see https://github.com/gorilla/feeds/blob/4546219eab0f13947301e5bce0758f5acec87121/feed.go#L28), with many other attributes that the original parser can identify (https://github.com/mmcdole/gofeed/blob/4a75004200dae27d920429f4b328c166247baf5f/feed.go#L49).
