Encoding Data with Auto-generated Summaries #296
Description
We are grabbing page summaries from clipped.me whenever a URL is placed in the submit post form. This is awesome, but it seems like there are some encoding issues.

I've also seen it numerous times in the summaries. It mostly shows up in apostraphes.
I have no idea if it's an issue on clipped.me's side, or on Pullup's side. Either way, we should be able to handle it.
