[Windows] Setting the tray icon multiple times turns the app white/unresponsive

To reproduce:
Have 2 icons and swap between the 2 icons every X time.

For example i was swapping them every 5ms to test the bug and it stopped working in 20 secends. In production it was 500ms and it stopped working randomly sometime after 20 minutes sometime after 6 hours.

1. The tray icon will turn transparent and the popup menu will turn white. Example below.

2. The app freezes on the last frame or turns white if the app was in the background.

I was removing libraries one by one to see which one was crushing the app. When I removed the tray manager the app stopped crashing.
