Error

I'm running windows 7 customized to look like vista thats why im using vistart, But every time i run it it gives the error "No skins available"
I used the installer on https://lee-soft.com/bin/windows-start-menu-vistart-8105311.exe and installed to C:\WINDOWS\SLS_32 for whatever reason. please help
