Broken on Windows XP Integral Edition

Once I open ViStart, the start orb randomly disappears, and certain applications can't be launched from the start menu (command prompt, mypal68, mailnews, voidtools everything, etc.) Also whenever I open the sub menus in the settings and on the tray, they disappear almost instantly

I have another computer running Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005, and ViStart works just fine there
