Protobuf installation issue

When doing the steps under "Install Protobuf" my team and I were not able to find setup.py in the python directory. When searching the caffe directory, we were completely unable to find it. Forgive my ignorance, but what can we do about this? Thank you in advance for any help.

Noticed this as well. Using pip install protobuf instead of following the instructions worked for me.
