Training crashing on startup

Sometimes when I launch the training it crashes after the first iteration. It seems like the data reading or accumulator building threads start in some weird order or not fast enough, I don't know really. It is quite annoying, but since I managed to start the training eventually every time I did not care so much about that.

Seems that the problem is in the loss computation threads - don't have the problem when I set only 1 thread in the threadpool for loss computation...
