UI asks to check OLSConfig, without any further information

When I am trying to use LightSpeed in an RHOAI cluster I just keep seeing the message

The OpenShift Lightspeed service is not yet ready to receive requests. If this message persists, please check the OLSConfig. 
```

What is OLSConfig? Where do I find said OLSConfig? 

Some guidance here is most likely necessary.
