Change to fetch spec breaks our media type

In 2024 I filed this issue:
w3c/json-ld-syntax#436

But it wasn't a real thing then. In the past 6 months it has become a real issue as browsers have implemented these rules, according to the JSON-LD WG discussion today in the W3C.

So we might need a 1.1 API spec sooner than expected :(
