1, #mkdir ntfs to save some files.
2, To https://github.com/libfuse/libfuse/releases download fuse-2.9.5.tar.gz
3, #tar -zxvf -zxvf fuse-2.9.2.tar.gz
#cd fuse-2.9.2
#./configure
#make
#make install
#modprobe fuse`

B, install ntfs-3g

4, wget http://tuxera.com/opensource/ntfs-3g_ntfsprogs-2013.1.13.tgz
5, #tar -zxvf tar ntfs-3g_ntfsprogs-2013.1.13.tgz
#cd ntfs-3g_ntfsprogs-2013.1.13
#./configure
#make
#make install

6, #mount -t ntfs-3g /dev/sdb1 /mnt/
