Searching for fractional scaling in the menu does not show anything

I installed LM in a laptop with high resolution screen. I searched for "fractional scaling" in the Menu and it did not show up anything.

Finally I found it out in display settings.

In comparison, in Windows, searching for "Fractional Scaling" in the start menu search shows display settings.

Proposal: We can append "Fractional" and "Scaling" to the desktop file of cinnamon-display-panel. I will send a PR soon.
