Create staging instance of api for testing k8s integrations #204
Description
It would be useful to have an instance of the api deployed to the k8s cluster that is used for testing k8s related integrations (for example, developing an open-telemetry module to send data to a honeycomb dataset), since the cluster cannot be replicated locally (very easily).
