iCloud storage not working

First off, iDOS is awesome. I use it to run WordPerfect on my m1 iPad. I am using the build from the App Store because this iPad is not jailbroken.

I have the setting for iCloud storage turned on, but the iDOS files are stored in the "on my iPad" section, not in iCloud. I have tried to change it, and change it back. This doesn't fix it.

Is this a known problem? Is there a fix?

I would suggest you make a idos package with the wordperfect program + your word perfect files.

I am using WP 6.2, and it works great. I have the m1 iPad Pro and I use a little razor huntsman mechanical keyboard with it. Great portable writing setup.

That idos package docs link is giving me a 403 error. So I can't check what that is.

After finding and looking at the packages, that doesn't seem to solve my problem. I want to have iDOS on the iPad put its files into my iCloud so I can also open the files on dosbox on my iMac and MacBook. The idea is to be able to use it anywhere.

The option is there, it just doesn't work for me for some reason.

for iDOS on iphone, i can mount a folder in iCloud as a drive (D:) and work on files there.

Then all i need to do on my Mac is to ensure that Dosbox mounts the same folder in iCloud as a drive and it should work out.

That will work, is there a way to get it to automatically mount that drive when opening iDOS?
