Hi auzxb,

Switch the auto gain control algorithm, don't use the arithmetic mean (comment line 117 at main.py):

# AUTO GAIN CONTROL
gain = calc_gain_dBFS(chunk_in, vad)
# TODO: Is the integration circuit implemented like this？
# gain = arithmetic_mean(gains[-AGC_WINDOW:] + [gain])
