Public Image and Cloud Run user-attribute-updater doesn't start

When running lkr --log-level=DEBUG tools user-attribute-updater on the public image us-central1-docker.pkg.dev/lkr-dev-production/lkr-cli/cli:latest within Cloud Run, the liveness probe fails and the container doesn't run.

This is related to the default hostname being used. Currently, the default is 127.0.0.1:8080 as seen here. However, changing this to 0.0.0.0 fixes the issue. Will need to investigate a bit more on deployment methods with virtualbox, servers and local in mind.
