Improve Nix build #410
Description
Currently there is a PR for Nix build support, #407. A few things would improve the Nix install after this is merged.
- GitHub Action to run the build
- Add Cachix support for common platforms, like with Adamantine
- Options for Kokkos (OpenMP, Cuda)
- Finch support
