project() function exits for certain geometries.

/create-issue The project() function exits with a timer warning, when the modular geometry described by geom.pd is used. An example is attached in test_leap.py, which calls the function parseGeomFile.py. Another example of the same behavior is when all the projection vectors are identical.

The warning is :
WARNING: QObject::~QObject: Timers cannot be stopped from another thread

There are no errors before the project() function exits.

The warning looks like it would be due to Qt (graphical) objects not getting shut down properly, but I expect that would be a result of rather than a cause of the premature exit. You might want to try removing the plotting/drawing/displaying commands to see if there are any messages remaining that might be more directly informative.

Ya, everything works fine for me. Your script displays the volume (a parallelepiped) and then the projection through it.
