DB creation fails if wrong admin password is used

Issue occurs on [deploy-site.sh:122](https://github.com/lmbbox/Ubuntu-Server-Deploy/blob/master/deploy.d/apache/deploy-site.sh#L122).  Script doesn't check for an invalid MySQL password.  This becomes troublesome when PMP doesn't copy the mysql password to your clipboard (but you've previously copied the sudo password, and so it still says "password copied").
