latex macros for users/questions #212

Justin suggested each user could have a set of latex macros (\newcommands [whatever]) that are automatically included when a question is compiled.
This is doable if user is the only person editing his own questions (see https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!topic/mathjax-users/PRsSESbpHzg). However, to do this in Quadbase we'd need to find a way to share macros so that when others make derived copies of questions they get access to the macros too. Also, macro files would need to be versioned so you can't make changes to the macro files in a published question.
