Klass on Moodle 3.11

Hi,
I have been using Klass and particularly the custom CSS panel to make alterations to the theme. Whilst the main page- home- and subsequent pages are changed, a lot of the courses and specialist pages like results of quizzes, grades etc have not taken on the new template or the custom CSS files. Any ideas why this is the case?

It seems that if I start from the home page and navigate through the different levels, the template will follow...
