Splitpayments are not send

Both LNbits v1.1.0 and v1.2rc3 with extension v1.0.1
One "split" configured with 100% and sending to Lightning Address.
No payment is forwarded.
Funding Source phoenixd.
Also 90% split is not send also.

I'd need to split payments coming to LN wallet from Bitcoin Switch Extension to Lightning Address.

Tested also with 1000sat payments to Bitcoinswitch and no split either.

NOTE: all the payments on test were send from same LNbits (ie internal) - Shouldn't such work too?
