Opencv library source

Hello I would like only to ask one simple question. Where did you get your Opencv library from? I tried to download your version from https://opencv.org/releases/, but there was no 'tracking' package and jni libs inside there and this versión downloaded by me did not have there tracking method implementation (it turned out as error when trying to call tracker.create).

Im asking because it would be great to have more .so files for more different procesor architecture than two like you do have.
