Style Alert sliders

Add value boxes or tooltips to show the value of the sliders
Duration = seconds
Frequency: 0 = slow 9 = fast
Type: 0 = fade 1=blink

Beta Tooltip - works for mobile, but not great

Tooltips work great on desktop but are pretty slow on mobile. Moving this issue to RC Green
