Support static analysis for `ClosedOntologyNamespace`

ClosedOntologyNamespace currently is a highly dynamic runtime construct and does not support static analysis of namespace members. This also means that IDEs generally cannot provide completions for namespace members.

For now it is not clear to me what the best solution to this problem could be.

One approach would be to create stub files for a given ClosedOntologyNamespace.

Proposal:

One idea might be to define a StaticNamespaceSerializer class that handles static serialization and define a small Typer CLI that uses Jinja for code generation and maybe also rich for nice terminal looks.
