Hover Info delay

When enabled "Show info on hover", it can get quite annoying blocking code due to the popups but can also be handy when needed.

Adding a custom defined delay would be helpful so its not so intrusive

The hover info delay is currently 400ms. What would you like it updated to?

perhaps 1000ms would be better? but i guess its subjective? or user definable?

Adding additional settings options comes with a lot of overhead. This is only something I would add if a significant number of people wanted it. For now, I can look into extending the current delay.
