No idea how to run the web server! PLEASE, PLEASE HELP :-(

Hi all. Please, help me!

I am at point .5 "Run the web server from the IDE", but I have NO IDEA about how to proceed with the setup described in the "Run locally in an IDEA Inellij IDE" page. I am not a programmer/developer/engineer, and I am stuck at this point. Frustrating!
Please, can anybody help with the next steps?
