Cortical core vs matrix atlas

Hi James,

Really enjoyed the article and your other work on the matrix & core pathways.

I was wondering if you also have an MNI152 atlas of the cortical correlations with matrix vs core thalamic voxels?
i.e. something I can use to label cortical regions as core vs matrix, on subject-specific MRI that's been warped into MNI152 space.

Hi Richard Thanks for your interest in our work. Eli (attached) should be able to provide you with what you’re looking for, though I’m not sure whether we have the correlations in raw MNI152 space, but rather in Schaefer 400 parcellation space. Either MNI152 or Schaefer 400 is fine, I assume it's relatively easy to transform between them anyway?
