Option for ephemeral Github Actions Runners?

I was wondering if there were any plans to add ephemeral github actions runners to the orka-integrations? It looks like even the multiple-runners.sh file is only for permanent runners fixed to a single repository. Our use case would be for ephemeral, organization wide, runners.
