[Enhancement] Add Bows/Crossbows Draw Speed and Range attributes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently it's not possible to modify the ranged weapons draw speed or the arrow range in the item generator module.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be interesting to add two new attributes, one which touches the draw speed (the time required to draw an arrow), and one which touches the arrow range of the bow (meaning how far the arrow will get)
