bug: total connected pubsub clients and directly connected metric is in correct #891

In the screenshot above one pubsub is actually disconnected, but the summary makes it look like all are.
Most likely we decrease those metrics on each failed reconnect attempt or similar.
NOTE: actually looking at it closer the number is correct, but the graph is misleading.
