To promote an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative environment, the project needs a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file. This document will establish guidelines for positive interaction, define expected behavior, and outline steps for reporting any violations. It will help ensure a safe and welcoming community for all contributors.

Proposed Changes:

• Create a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file at the root of the repository.
• Base it on the latest version of the Contributor Covenant.
• Include clear expectations for contributor behavior and communication.
• Add contact or reporting details for addressing inappropriate conduct.
