Preserve options with flag #73

Till v1.0.0 Backbone was automatically saving the options passed to the initialization (of a view) under this.options
This is not the case for Backbone 1.1.0 and later - options are meant to be used or saved on demand.
This convenience was assumed and utilized throughout the library and plugins. To smoothen the transition without much disturbance a flag could be introduced to specify the behaviour, for example saveOptions.
For starters the flag can be enabled by default and as the code commits advance we can test the behaviour when it's not enabled and ultimately disable it by default.
