not able to split dataset

Directory exists - /data/train/
Directory exists - /data/test/
Read - 0 - files from the directory - /data/images/
Writing - 0 - Train data images at - /data/train/
Writing - 0 - Test data images at - /data/test/

data didnt split in to test and train directory after running the code

same issue with me the algorithm not read any images from my folder
