Investigate scalability options for services_usage table of reports service #74

The Database table services_usage for reports service has grown to contain over 3M+ records as of 23/07/2025
With time, this table is expected to grow even further, possibly causing delays for the inserts initiated from Mantid software.
Currently, this table has below two indexes in place.
As the table gets even bigger, it will add more overhead for inserts and to update the index B-tree. This issue wsa created to investigate possible solutions to address these issues.
