Introduce run_web_tests.sh to run tests during CI #90
Description
When CI runs were re-enabled to run against the main branch of this repository, the CI job to run webtests was removed as run_web_tests.sh script was not found in this repository.
This issue was created to introduce a script similar to the one found in errorreports such that webtests can be run as part of the CI for this repo.
