Reconcile with Tippecanoe #54
Description
- The vector tile and mbtiles writing code is copied from Tippecanoe
- jsonpull is copied from Tippecanoe
- The sorting/merging code is derived from Tippecanoe's index sorting, but modified
Either the two projects should ultimately be merged or the shared code should be pulled out into a dependency.
