Coercion from phyloseq to TreeSummarizedExperiment

Dear TreeSummarizedExperiment maintainer,

Question: Does the TreeSummarizedExperiment package provide a coercion from phyloseq to TreeSummarizedExperiment?

If not, would you consider adding such coercion method?

P.S.: Would be nice if you could resync this repo with the repo on the Bioconductor git server (git@git.bioconductor.org:packages/TreeSummarizedExperiment). No big differences -- only a few version bumps in the latter -- so just for the sake of keeping things current. Note that we've switched from master to devel for the default branch on the Bioconductor git server, and we encourage you to do the same. Will probably make things easier for you in the long run. Thanks Mark. Seems like TreeSummarizedExperiment would be a more natural place for this functionality. Maybe worth considering and coordinate with the mia folks at some point. Thanks again!
