infoHorseSpeed and infoHorseJump are calculated incorrectly

The calculated speed and jump height for horses is smaller than their actual speed and jump height. In the attached image minihud calculated the speed of the horse to be 14.226 m/s, but was reporting player movement speed to be 14.566 m/s while moving straight forward on that same horse. Minihud also calculated the horse's jump height to be 4.641 blocks, but the horse is able to jump onto a platform 5 blocks off the ground.

Was just about to open an issue saying the same, I confirm this issue.

Horse max speed is consistently calculated 0.34 m/s lower than actual
Jump height I am not as sure, as it's harder to gauge. It's calculated at least half a block lower than it should be (stats say horse should be max 5 blocks, but can jump onto 5.5). I am not sure if this miscalculation is linear like speed.

The physics changed in horse jump at some point, it isn't linear but I've re-derived it and made a PR. The speed was just using a smaller value (42.163 instead of 43.17).
