[FEAT] Fix and update collapsed window side menu

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

Would like 'hamburger menu icon' for side-bar menu when window is collapsed and top menu is unavailable. Steps to see current side-bar menu:

• collapse window until top bar menu is invisible
• click on round profile icon

Describe the solution you'd like:

add a hamburger menu to click so it is intuitive that you can see the menu with a click

Additional context:

At the moment the collapsed side bar menu does not reflect the new UI/UX top bar menu changes. We want to fix the menu buttons and also add a 'hamburger' style menu icon. Example shown in the screenshot.
