Fix rendering values according to OpenXmlValidator results analysis

Some errors where founded in generated documents, the report engine must manage these values :

• Empty values for paragraph shading. If the value is empty, the openxml node is generated with ''. It's not valid.
• Colors for borders or shadings must not include the # character (ex : #0F0F0F)
