Investigate functionality with latest builds

Since the source was authored there are new builds of almost all dependencies (tf2,sourcemod,metamod,sdkhooks...), and it's very likely that some of the underlying assumptions about TF2 have changed as it's gone through radical updates since this source was authored. The plugin needs to be sanity checked and new issues created to resolve specific bugs that come up during this investigation.
