Thanks for your prompt response.
According to my understanding, Grad is replaying logs by hitting particular web site as it needs Host [port] address. Please confirm.
Our requirement is as following:
We have own existing Log file (around 15GB) & this file having time-stamp for every log.
We have to replay all such logs and creates another log file.
Note: In our case, replay means replacing existing time-stamp of every log by current time-stamp and creates another log file.
For example:
(following is original file & needs to replay )
64.242.88.10 - - [07/Mar/2004:16:05:51 -0800] "GET /twiki/bin/rdiff/TWiki/NewUserTemplate?rev1=1.3&rev2=1.2 HTTP/1.1" 200 4523
64.242.88.10 - - [07/Mar/2004:16:06:02 -0800] "GET /mailman/listinfo/hsdivision HTTP/1.1" 200 6291
64.242.88.10 - - [07/Mar/2004:16:06:58 -0800] "GET /twiki/bin/view/TWiki/WikiSyntax HTTP/1.1" 200 7352
64.242.88.10 - - [07/Mar/2004:16:07:03 -0800] "GET /twiki/bin/view/Main/DCCAndPostFix HTTP/1.1" 200 5253
(following shoud be updated,gets created after replay of above file)

Please guide if grad will help us here.
Apart from this, we are also facing following error of gard against our log file:
ERROR -- : Failed to read line: "64.242.88.10 - - [07/Mar/2004:16:06:58 -0800] "GET /twiki/bin/view/TWiki/WikiSyntax HTTP/1.1" 200 7352", undefined method `[]' for nil:NilClass
