Bookmark pagination inside folders

right now if a folder has a lot of bookmarks, they all show at once. in my case i have 9 bookmarks in one folder and bookmarks.userDefinedCols = 4, and it feels kinda messy

it would be nice to have some kind of pagination inside folders. like next / previous buttons or simple pages

Good suggestion.

I could add a toggleable option like bookmarks.enablePagination and then also an option like bookmarks.maxBookmarkRowsPerPage
