Email No Subject

hey @maxsoftware, thx for library, it's very useful for me :+1: , but you forget about subject in function send(), you not add  : 

``` php
$this->_phpm->Subject = $this->_message['subject'];
```

wish you can fixing the function send() for a better library, thx
