New-OktaGroupRule Example

Hi. I'm trying to see if I can export and import all the rules from one Okta instance to a preview environment.

Exporting is not a problem, but I'm unsure how to import. Would New-OktaGroupRule allow me to create new rules, and if so, do you have a few examples on how to utilize it?
