[FEATURE] Add option to ignore error_ended

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I receive some non-actionable emails with error_ended when the content didn't change, and since I can't do anything about, and the content didn't change, I would like to not receive these emails.

Describe the solution you'd like.
An option like ignore_error_ended that worked when the error ended and the content didn't change. If the error ended and the content changed, I would like to receive the email since it's a change.

Describe alternatives you've considered.
I couldn't find anything to deal with this.

Additional context.
I receive my reports over email.
