no releases since 2017 (!)

hello, just noticed that there have been no releases to pypi since 2017

this means that the vast majority of users are using ancient code (as they're not installing from source)

would you like help setting up automated publishing to pypi?

+1 I had some trouble with the original code and had to install it from git via pip uninstall pubchempy && pip install git+https://github.com/mcs07/PubChemPy

I created a PR at #145 to insist on installing from source and guiding users on how to do so.
